Gizelle Bryant from The Real Housewives of Potomac and her children had a great Christmas this year, especially since superstar Nicki Minaj sent each of Bryant’s daughters a luxurious handbag. Thanking Minaj publicly for her generosity, Gizelle’s kids Grace, 17, and twins Angel and Adore, 15, were over the moon holding their new accessories. The display of kindness—and wealth—comes one month after Minaj hosted the fourth-part of RHOP’s reunion special.
Gizelle has been featured on RHOP since the first season in 2016 and is one of the show’s most recognizable figures. Fans either love Gizelle or hate her; fellow cast members feel the same. While Andy Cohen usually hosts each reunion on Bravo, he invited Nicki to host the final part of season 6. Introducing her to the ladies before stepping back, Cohen urged the temporary host to not hold back. The housewives were quick to welcome Nicki on stage, but fans were ultimately not impressed with Nicki's intense line of questioning.
Viewers may consider Nicki Minaj's hosting abilities to be less than average, but that did not stop the 39-year-old from continuing to form good connections with the ladies. To the delight of Bryant’s teenagers, Nicki gifted each a cute bag from Gucci. Two of these totes, according to People, are still available online. "Nicki my kids are screaming thru the house 😂 You have made their YEAR! Thank you for being so sweet, this is beyond special!! 🥰❤️🙏🏽” Bryant captioned. Revealing that these are her kid's first high-end items, Gizelle added that she’s “never bought [her] girls high end bags because [she] always wanted to keep them HUMBLE” making Nicki buying their first Gucci bag’s simply “priceless.”
Bryant’s kids aren’t the only ones who received surprised gifts for Christmas, as Minaj was kind enough to also send presents to Robyn Dixon’s sons. In a series of photos and videos uploaded to Instagram, Robyn shows off Corey, 13, and Carter, 12, happily receiving a Christmas card signed in cursive, along with two Gucci wallets. “The Queen strikes again!! 💞💕” wrote Gizelle, while Porsha Williams from RHOA said, “I love it !!!!! Queen Tingz🔥🔥🔥”.
As the cherry on top, Nicki Minaj later replied to Gizelle Bryant’s Instagram post saying that Grace would be the lucky recipient of a bonus present so she would have something “diff from the twins." Saying that the three teenagers deserve a treat for not “showing out for camera time”, Nicki’s last words may certainly be a dig at other members of The Real Housewives of Potomac like Candice Dillard. When Nicki Minaj was first reported to have serious interest in the reunion show, Gizelle and Robyn were both supportive; clearly, this positive energy has paid off.
