To get the Lightning Scorpion Charm in Elden Ring, Tarnished travelers must explore the Wyndham Catacombs, a Dungeon north of the Wyndham Ruins in Altus Plateau. To reach this location, players can ride up the northern slope near the Erdtree-Gazing Hill or access the ridge entrance from the Seethewater River Grace Site. Keep in mind that Dungeon's doorway sits semi-hidden in the shadows of the mountainside, so it might be fairly hard to notice at first glance. Once inside, adventurers can activate the Site of Grace and prepare for their delve into the Wyndham Catacombs.
Starting from the Dungeon's Site of Grace, turn right near the locked boss chamber to encounter a lift leading to the area's lower level. Be careful as there is a lightning pressure plate trap in the elevator's doorway. Descend deeper into the crypt to reach a blade trap chamber guarded by two Lightning Pot-hurling Imps. A third Imp will be hanging over the entrance of the next corridor.
After entering the spacious swampy hall, walk over to the right to avoid the Skeletal Slimes that will fall from the ceiling onto the player. The door ahead in the south will be locked, so head down the path to the west. A Gold Dragon Cult Knight will be guarding a ladder to the upper floor. After getting past this elite enemy, climb up the ladder, but be cautious of the lightning pressure plate trap near the start of the walkway.
A small chamber will be sealed with an Elden Ring Imp Statue at the end of the path. Tarnished pilgrims will need a Stonesword Key to dispel the seal. Once inside, Elden Ring fans will find the Lightning Scorpion Charm on a corpse directly behind the open stone coffin in the center of the room. If players didn't slay the Gold Dragon Cult Knight before entering this area, the mob will climb the ladder after them, possibly cornering them in the Talisman room.
